Rounded Spine Structure for Thick Publications
This hardcover model uses a rounded spine structure designed for thick books, premium collections, and gift presentation. It supports 64–1,200 inner pages and is intended for publications that require stronger support at a high page count.
The rounded spine follows an R8–R12 curvature standard. The cover uses 1.5–3.0 mm thickened greyboard. Compared with a square flat spine, the curved structure provides smoother opening and places less pressure on the spine when the book is repeatedly opened.
For very thick publications, the rounded structure also helps reduce the risk of the book block collapsing or losing its shape. It is suitable for products that need to remain stable during long-term reading, display, storage, and collection.

Materials and Premium Cover Options
The spine can be embossed with text. The cover can also be customized with soft fabric wrapping or selected leather-style materials.
These material options give the book a more formal and collectible appearance than an ordinary printed paper case. Buyers can select the cover material according to the intended project style, gift positioning, or display environment.
Typical applications include premium art collections, luxury brand annual books, museum collection catalogs, high-end property brochures, collectible photography books, and albums supplied as part of a premium gift box.
The combination of a rounded spine, thick greyboard, fabric or leather-style wrapping, and customized spine text makes the product suitable for projects where the physical appearance is an important part of the final presentation.
Sample Development and Order Confirmation
OEM and ODM services are available. Production can also follow technical drawings or customer prototypes.
A sample can be supplied before mass production. The development period for a customized sample is 15 days, and the minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models can be mixed within one minimum-order project.
Because this product involves a more complex hardcover structure, sample confirmation is particularly useful. Buyers can inspect the spine curvature, embossed spine text, fabric or leather-style surface, greyboard thickness, inner-page thickness, opening movement, and overall finished appearance.
Customized production normally requires 7–10 days. Repeat orders may have a shorter lead time. Pictures or videos can be provided during production to help buyers follow the printing, case-making, binding, and packing stages.

Production Areas, Quality Control, and Packing
Jiangyin Kingma Printing Co., Ltd. operates separate areas for prepress design, plate making, printing, special finishing, binding, raw-material storage, finished-product storage, and sample display.
The sample showroom allows customers to review different materials, processes, and finished effects during project discussions. Factory equipment supports lamination, UV coating, hot stamping, embossing, die cutting, mounting, and binding.
The service process includes pre-production communication and sample confirmation, production-stage coordination, and after-sales follow-up.
Quality control includes prepress color management, self-inspection at each stage, cross-inspection during post-print processing, final inspection, and a 100% check before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.
Each book is placed in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton. This method helps protect the rounded hardcover albums from moisture, scratching, and compression during long-distance transportation.
