Rigid Cover Protection and Formal Presentation
The Flat Spine Hardcover Album is developed for premium display, commemorative collections, brand presentation, and long-term storage. It uses a square, flat spine and a rigid cover made with 2.0–3.0 mm greyboard.
The book can contain 32–1,000 inner pages, with a maximum finished thickness of 70 mm. The flat spine creates a clean and stable shape for shelf display, reception areas, showrooms, gift presentations, and business promotion.
Compared with a softcover catalog, the rigid case provides stronger protection against surface wear, bending, and handling damage. It is also more suitable for books that need to remain in storage or on display for an extended period.
The book block may use a thread-sewn structure to improve page security during repeated reading.

Cover Finishing and Brand Applications
Available surface processes include lamination, hot stamping, UV coating, and embossing. These options can be used to highlight a company logo, title, anniversary date, product image, or selected design area.
The hardcover structure is suitable for corporate anniversary books, premium brand yearbooks, jewelry catalogs, luxury vehicle catalogs, tourism commemorative books, corporate investment brochures, and collectible gift albums.
Different finishing methods create different visual effects. Lamination adds surface protection. Hot stamping can emphasize text or logos. UV coating can highlight selected areas, while embossing adds a raised or recessed texture.
These processes allow buyers to match the cover appearance with the intended brand style without changing the book's basic protective structure.
Sample Approval and Customized Production
OEM and ODM services are supported. The factory can also produce according to customer technical drawings or prototypes.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. A sample can be prepared before mass production, and the development period for a customized sample is 15 days.
The sample stage allows buyers to inspect the greyboard rigidity, spine shape, cover lamination, hot-stamping position, local UV effect, inner-page color, and total finished thickness. Confirming these details before full production can reduce differences between the approved design and the final order.
Standard products normally require 5–7 days for production. Customized products normally require 7–10 days. Pictures or videos can be supplied during production for remote progress checking.
