Sewn Binding Book Printing

Sewn Binding Book Printing is supplied as a lightweight saddle-stitched booklet for projects with a limited number of pages. Folded printed sheets are fixed through the center fold with metal staples. No adhesive is required in the binding structure.

The booklet supports 4–64 pages. The total page count must be a multiple of four because the pages are created from folded printed sheets. The maximum finished thickness is 3.18 mm. Suitable paper options include 80–250 gsm lightweight art paper or coated paper.

Its thin structure is easy to open, carry, stack, and distribute. It is suitable for projects that need simple content organization without the weight or cost of a thick catalog.

This product can be used for trade show handouts, event guides, magazine samples, small product catalogs, restaurant menus, travel guides, and collections of promotional leaflets.

Standard products normally require 5–7 days for production. Customized products normally require 7–10 days. FOB terms are supported, and standard payment can be arranged as a 30% deposit with a 70% balance.
