Increase label adhesion

Improve the surface quality of the tube being labeled. Most products have a glossy finish, which increases labeling difficulty. Leakage of contents and micropores in the tube wall can cause labels to lift. Avoiding these problems is crucial.

 

Control the labeling pressure during the labeling process.

Control the temperature during labeling. Increasing the labeling temperature improves the effect because higher temperatures increase the activity of substances within the material, making it easier for the label to adhere to the tube.

 

Use soft label materials whenever possible. Good label elasticity greatly reduces the risk of label lifting.

 

Change the label shape. Make the bottom of the label curved to avoid the deformation area at the seal. However, the curve shouldn't be too deep, otherwise, wrinkles may occur due to the label itself, causing unnecessary problems. For irregularly shaped seals, the label shape needs to be modified accordingly. This not only prevents lifting but also enhances the aesthetics.

 

Eliminating the Impact of Static Electricity: Static electricity is easily generated during the labeling process, which can affect the labeling effect. Appropriately increasing the humidity in the labeling area can improve this, and using an ionizer is also an effective solution. Labeling machines are equipped with automatic humidity control and can also independently control the cleanliness of the equipment's interior, keeping labels dust-free and improving product labeling quality. This prevents label peeling during the labeling process, achieving a better visual effect.
