Concertina Fold Paper

Concertina Fold Paper is a continuously folded promotional print designed for route maps, product collections, service procedures, space guides, and brand information.

Available folding structures include four-panel, six-panel, and eight-panel accordion folds. When fully opened, the complete sheet can reach a maximum expanded size of A3.

The product uses 120–250 gsm coated paper and supports full-color printing on both sides. Lamination can be added to reduce cracking along the fold lines and improve resistance to repeated handling.

The accordion structure allows the reader to open the complete layout from one end to the other. This creates a continuous visual area without staples, sewing, or a central book spine interrupting the design.

It is particularly suitable for panoramic images, complete product ranges, floor plans, tourism routes, museum information, property maps, and step-by-step service content.

One of the main advantages of this product is the balance between information capacity and portability.

When folded, it is compact enough for mailing, event distribution, gift packaging, or carrying by sales staff. When opened, it provides a larger continuous surface for images, maps, technical information, or brand stories.

Typical applications include tourism guide maps, property project information, premium product brochure samples, museum exhibit guides, hotel service information, and automotive promotional materials.

Each folded panel can present a separate section, while the complete opened sheet can display one connected design. Buyers can organize product specifications, route information, contact details, service instructions, or company content in a clear reading sequence.

The folding alignment tolerance is stated as no more than 0.2 mm. This helps the edges, images, and text remain correctly aligned after folding.

OEM and ODM services are available. Production can also follow customer technical drawings or prototypes.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models may be mixed within one minimum-order project.

A sample can be prepared before mass production. The customized sample development period is 15 days. Buyers can review the opening sequence, panel direction, fold-line position, image alignment, expanded dimensions, paper weight, lamination, and finished folded size.

This review is important when one image crosses several folded panels or when maps and text need to remain accurately connected.

Standard products normally require 5–7 days for production. Customized products normally require 7–10 days. Pictures or videos can be supplied during production.

Each folded product is placed in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton for bulk international transportation.
