Blank Self Adhesive Labels

Blank Self Adhesive Labels are supplied as flat die-cut sheets for manual packaging, creative stickers, small product labels, and event decoration.

Available face materials include coated paper, matte silver PET, transparent PVC, and kraft paper. Material thickness ranges from 60–120 μm.

Each material supports a different product style. Coated paper is suitable for general packaging seals and printed product information. Matte silver PET creates a metallic appearance for product identification. Transparent PVC allows the original package color to remain visible. Kraft paper is suitable for natural, vintage, or simple packaging designs.

The finished labels are supplied on flat A4 or A3 sheets. Multiple individual stickers can be arranged on one sheet according to the selected label size and shape.

This format does not require an automatic labeling machine. Users can remove and apply each sticker by hand, making the product suitable for small brands, handmade goods, campaign materials, and manual packing lines.

Available adhesive types include general water-based adhesive, strong oil-based adhesive, and removable residue-free adhesive.

General adhesive is suitable for regular packaging and product identification. Strong adhesive can be selected for applications requiring a firmer bond. Removable adhesive is designed to leave no residue after removal and reduce damage to the product surface.

Removable labels are useful for temporary promotions, trial-product identification, gift-box seals, or short-term event decoration.

Printing and finishing options include four-color full-color printing, hot stamping, UV coating, and embossing. These processes can highlight a logo, product name, pattern, short message, or selected design area.

The flat-sheet structure is suitable for package-sealing stickers, handmade product labels, parcel stickers, creative stationery, small-product identification, and event decoration.

OEM and ODM services are available. Production can follow customer technical drawings or physical prototypes.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models can be mixed within one minimum-order project. Buyers can therefore combine several seal designs, label sizes, materials, or product-series stickers in one order.

A sample can be supplied before mass production, and free samples may also be available. The customized sample development period is 15 days.

Buyers can test the face material, thickness, adhesive strength, removal performance, die-cut shape, sheet arrangement, printing color, and peeling experience before approving production.

Material and adhesive testing is particularly useful when the label will be applied to glass, paperboard, plastic packaging, or another specific surface.

Each product is packed in an individual plastic bag and placed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton for long-distance transportation.
