Rounded Corner Postcards

Rounded Corner Postcards are custom-shaped printed cards developed for tourism merchandise, cultural retail products, character merchandise, seasonal gift sets, and branded promotional projects. Although rounded corners can be produced, the available structure is not limited to a standard rectangle. Die cutting can create circular, polygonal, landmark-shaped, character-shaped, or other customized outlines.

The postcards use 300 gsm thick art card. This material gives the finished product enough stiffness for handling, retail display, collection, and gift-set packing.

Die-cutting accuracy is controlled within a tolerance of ±0.3 mm. Smooth edges help improve the appearance of detailed shapes and reduce rough areas around curves, corners, and character outlines.

The reverse side can retain a standard writing area and a designated space for a postage stamp. This allows the product to combine a distinctive exterior shape with basic postcard writing and mailing functions.

Custom-shaped postcards are suitable for city landmark collections, tourism souvenirs, character merchandise, scenic-area limited editions, seasonal creative sets, and beauty brand gift cards.

Compared with a standard rectangular postcard, the special outline creates stronger visual recognition on a retail shelf. A postcard shaped like a landmark can represent a destination directly, while a character outline can support a themed merchandise collection.

Buyers can develop several related shapes for one city, attraction, character series, or brand campaign. The cards can also be combined with custom-shaped greeting cards or other printed cards to create a coordinated gift set.

Waterproof and scratch-resistant lamination can be added. This treatment helps protect the printed image during frequent handling, transportation, and long-term collection. It also reduces surface wear when the cards are sold as loose items or packed into multi-card sets.

OEM and ODM services are supported. Production can also follow customer technical drawings or physical prototypes.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models may be mixed within one minimum-order project. This allows several landmarks, characters, themes, or exterior shapes to be produced as one coordinated order.

A sample can be prepared before mass production, and free samples may also be available. The customized sample development period is 15 days.

During sample approval, buyers can check the die-cut outline, image alignment, edge smoothness, card stiffness, reverse writing area, postage-stamp position, lamination, and packing method. This process is especially important when the artwork must follow an irregular cutting line.

Pictures or videos can be supplied during production to help buyers review printing, lamination, die cutting, inspection, and packing.

Each product is placed in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton. This helps reduce moisture, surface scratching, edge wear, and compression during long-distance transportation.
