Leather Note Book

The Leather Note Book is developed for business gifts, premium creative products, branded stationery, and customized gift sets. Its cover can be made with PU leather, microfiber leather, or genuine leather.

The leather material has a thickness of 0.6–1.2 mm. The notebook uses thread-sewn adhesive binding and supports 64–480 inner pages. The inner pages are made with 80–120 gsm cream-colored woodfree paper.

The leather surface gives the notebook a more formal and gift-oriented appearance than a standard paper cover. It is suitable for executive gifts, annual meeting souvenirs, premium membership gifts, luxury brand accessories, travel journals, business meeting gifts, and creative gift boxes.

The cover material can be selected according to the required texture, appearance, and project positioning.

The cover can be customized with a debossed logo, gold or silver hot stamping, or hand-stitched edge finishing. These processes can highlight a company name, event identity, product-series title, or brand symbol.

The leather surface is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant and provides light water resistance. These properties help extend the product's service life during repeated carrying and daily use.

Optional accessories include a metal clasp, elastic closure band, business card slots, and an integrated pen loop. Card slots can hold business cards, tickets, or small notes. The pen loop and closure band improve convenience when carrying the notebook.

These accessory combinations allow buyers to develop a simple writing book, a multifunctional business notebook, or a coordinated product for a gift set.

OEM and ODM services are supported. The factory can also manufacture according to customer technical drawings or prototypes.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models can be mixed within one minimum-order project. This is useful for product collections that need several leather colors, accessory combinations, or cover designs.

A sample can be prepared before mass production. The customized sample development period is 15 days. Buyers can check the leather material, surface texture, logo position, hot-stamping effect, edge stitching, accessory selection, inner paper, and binding feel.

Customized production normally requires 7–10 days. Pictures or videos may be provided during production to help buyers review the printing, finishing, accessory installation, binding, and packing stages.

Jiangyin Kingma Printing Co., Ltd. has a standardized production site and a separate sample showroom. The showroom can be used to review different materials, finishing processes, and completed product effects.

The factory includes printing, special finishing, binding, and finished-product storage areas. Equipment supports lamination, UV coating, hot stamping, embossing, die cutting, mounting, and binding.

Quality control includes prepress color management, self-inspection at every production stage, cross-inspection during finishing, final inspection, and a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.

Each notebook is protected in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton. This packing method is suitable for long-distance transportation of gift notebooks and helps reduce moisture, scratching, and compression.
