Lightweight and Flexible Notebook Design
Soft Cover Journal Notebooks are designed for portable writing, student use, promotional distribution, and value-focused stationery collections. The flexible cover keeps the finished notebook lighter than a rigid hardcover model and makes it convenient to carry in a bag, backpack, or document folder.
The cover can use 120–250 gsm specialty art paper or kraft paper. Matte or gloss lamination is available for the cover surface. Specialty art paper is suitable for colorful branded designs, while kraft paper creates a simpler and more natural appearance.
The notebook supports 24–320 inner pages. The inner pages use 70–100 gsm smooth writing paper. The maximum finished thickness is 22 mm.
This structure is suitable for student notes, event gifts, promotional notebooks, affordable retail stationery, public information projects, and everyday personal writing. It can also be developed as a basic notebook line for regular replenishment.

Efficient Packing and Flexible Product Development
The lightweight structure improves carton loading efficiency. More notebooks can be packed into the same shipping volume compared with thicker hardcover products. This can help control storage and international transportation costs for large orders.
The simple cover structure is also suitable for short production schedules and large-volume stationery projects. Buyers can customize the cover image, brand information, activity theme, inner-page layout, page count, and notebook dimensions.
Full-color cover printing can be combined with matte or gloss lamination. Kraft paper can be selected for projects that need a plain, vintage, or natural visual style.
Different colors or models may be mixed within one minimum-order project. This allows buyers to develop several cover designs, different themes, or multiple notebook formats without placing completely separate minimum orders.
Sampling and Production Schedule
The factory provides OEM and ODM services and can produce according to customer technical drawings or prototypes.
The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Samples can be prepared before mass production, and free samples may also be available. The development period for a customized sample is 15 days.
During sample confirmation, buyers can review the cover material, lamination finish, inner paper, page count, size, printing color, and final binding effect. This step helps confirm the notebook's appearance and writing experience before the full quantity is produced.
Standard products normally take 5–7 days to produce. Customized products normally take 7–10 days. Pictures or videos can be provided during production so that buyers can follow printing, finishing, binding, and packing progress.
