Calendar Note Book

The Calendar Note Book combines three useful desk functions in one structure: a main calendar, side note paper, and a matching writing pad.

The standard desktop size is 145 × 210 mm. A custom-shaped base can also be developed for projects that require a distinctive appearance or branded outline.

The side note paper uses 80 gsm offset paper. It can be printed with a company logo, simple forms, checklists, or other basic writing layouts.

The calendar can use wire binding or adhesive binding. Wire binding provides smoother page turning, while adhesive binding creates a simpler overall appearance.

The combined structure allows users to view dates, record quick notes, write customer information, prepare purchasing lists, and manage everyday reminders without using several separate desk products.

This product is suitable for bank and insurance customer gifts, property handover gifts, exhibition souvenirs, office stationery supply, and customized business gift projects.

The side note paper increases the frequency of use because users can write short messages without turning to a separate notebook. The writing pad also provides a stable area for desk notes.

A rigid cardboard base gives the product pressure resistance and helps reduce deformation during long-distance transportation.

Additional office components such as sticky notes or a business card slot can be included. These options allow buyers to develop a more complete desktop organizer according to the intended market.

Brand information can be placed on the main calendar, side notes, base, and writing pad. This creates several visible areas for a logo, contact details, service information, or product introduction.

The minimum order quantity is 350 sets.

OEM and ODM services are available. Production can also follow customer technical drawings or physical prototypes. Different colors or models can be mixed within one minimum-order project.

A sample can be supplied before mass production, and free samples may also be available. The development period for a customized sample is 15 days.

During sample approval, buyers can check the calendar size, note-paper quality, base shape, wire or adhesive binding, printing color, writing pad, accessory position, and complete product stability.

Standard production normally takes 5–7 days. Customized production normally takes 7–10 days. Pictures or videos can be provided during production so buyers can follow the calendar printing, note-paper production, base processing, assembly, and packing stages.

Each set is packed in an individual plastic bag and placed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton.
