Desktop Weekly Calendar

The Desktop Weekly Calendar is designed for weekly scheduling, office notes, customer follow-up, and year-round desk use. It contains 52 inner pages, with one page for each week of the year. This format gives users more writing space than a standard monthly calendar and makes weekly tasks easier to organize.

Standard size options include A5, A6, and B6. A commonly used portable desktop size of 140 × 210 mm is also available. The compact format is suitable for office desks, reception counters, meeting rooms, training areas, and customer service spaces.

The inner pages can use 80–120 gsm cream-colored writing paper. This paper is suitable for handwritten notes, meeting schedules, customer visit plans, training reminders, and weekly task lists.

The calendar can be supplied with a rigid cardboard stand or an acrylic stand. Both structures allow the calendar to remain upright for easy viewing and writing.

This product is suitable for company gifts, financial institution customer gifts, office stationery sets, training organization supplies, and branded promotional items.

The cover, base, inner-page layout, logo position, contact details, and weekly planning sections can be customized. Buyers can add company information without reducing the practical writing space.

Because the calendar remains on the user's desk throughout the year, it provides repeated brand visibility. The weekly format also encourages frequent use, especially for customers who need to record appointments, sales activities, meetings, or project tasks.

Its compact structure improves carton loading efficiency and is suitable for bulk international transportation. It can also be combined with notebooks, pens, or other office items in a coordinated stationery set.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models can be mixed within one minimum-order project. This allows buyers to order several stand colors, cover designs, or inner-page layouts together.

A sample can be prepared before mass production. The customized sample development period is 15 days. Buyers can check the stand material, finished size, writing paper, print color, page-turning performance, and standing stability before confirming the full order.

Standard products normally require 5–7 days for production. Customized products normally require 7–10 days. Pictures or videos may be provided during production for remote progress checking.

The production process includes prepress color management, self-inspection at every stage, cross-inspection during post-print processing, final inspection, and a 100% check before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.

Each calendar is placed in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton. This packaging helps reduce moisture, scratching, and stand deformation during long-distance transportation.
