Picture Wall Calendar

The Picture Wall Calendar is a hanging calendar designed for company gifts, office decoration, store display, and year-round brand presentation.

Standard finished sizes include A3, A2, and A1. A custom large format of 500 × 700 mm is also supported. The calendar can contain 12 or 13 printed pages, covering the twelve months with an optional separate cover page.

Available paper includes 120–250 gsm coated paper or matte coated paper. These materials are suitable for displaying company photographs, product images, monthly themes, brand visuals, store promotions, or decorative artwork.

Binding options include twin-wire hanging and saddle stitching. A hanging hole or metal hanger can be added at the top so that the calendar can be used directly after delivery.

The base minimum order quantity is 300 sets.

Compared with a desk calendar, a wall calendar does not occupy desktop space and provides a larger area for visual content.

It is suitable for offices, retail stores, distributor locations, property reception areas, automotive parts shops, factories, and other commercial spaces. The large page size allows buyers to combine monthly date information with product images, corporate photographs, campaign content, or brand messages.

Because the calendar remains visible for an entire year, it can be used as a practical customer gift and a long-term communication item.

Optional waterproof lamination can be added for humid environments. This treatment helps reduce yellowing, moisture damage, and surface wear during long-term wall display.

Twin-wire binding provides smoother page turning and stable hanging. Saddle stitching offers a lighter structure for cost-sensitive gift projects.

OEM and ODM services are available. The factory can also produce according to customer technical drawings or prototypes.

A sample can be prepared before mass production, and free samples may also be available. The customized sample development period is 15 days. Buyers can check the page printing, paper weight, binding method, hanging hole, metal hanger, lamination, color appearance, and final dimensions.

Standard production normally requires 5–7 days. Customized production normally requires 7–10 days. Pictures or videos can be supplied during production for order tracking.

FOB trade terms are supported. Standard payment can be arranged as 30% deposit and 70% balance. Customized orders can use 50% deposit and 50% balance. Payments are accepted in US dollars, euros, and Chinese yuan.

Quality control includes prepress color management, self-inspection at each stage, cross-inspection after printing, final inspection, and a 100% inspection before packing. Third-party inspection is accepted.

Each calendar is packed in an individual plastic bag and then placed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton for bulk international transportation.
