Photo Easel Calendar

This Calendar Note Book is a photo easel calendar made with a thick V-shaped greyboard base.

The stand uses 2.5–3.5 mm thickened greyboard. Its folded V-shaped structure allows the calendar to stand independently without additional assembly.

The inner section contains 12 monthly pages. The pages use 100–200 gsm coated paper and include a protective film.

Top wire binding allows the pages to turn through 360 degrees. Users can move from one month to the next smoothly, and the pages remain securely attached during year-round use.

The rigid stand and protected inner pages make the product suitable for offices, reception desks, retail counters, hotels, showrooms, and other areas where the calendar may remain on display for a full year.

The cover and both sides of the base can be printed with brand information. This provides more advertising space than a simple single-sheet calendar.

Buyers can use the cover for a main brand image, the monthly pages for product photographs or campaign information, and the base for a logo, website, contact number, or QR code.

This product is suitable for annual company gifts, exhibition giveaways, automotive dealership customer gifts, hotel reception calendars, and regular stationery supply.

The protective film helps improve resistance to water and scratching. The wire-bound structure also avoids the page detachment problems that can occur with repeatedly handled adhesive-bound calendars.

Because the calendar arrives as a finished self-standing product, the end user can place it directly on a desk without assembly.

OEM and ODM services are supported. Production can also follow technical drawings or customer prototypes.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 copies. Different colors or models may be mixed within one minimum-order project.

A sample can be prepared before mass production. The customized sample development period is 15 days. Buyers can inspect the greyboard thickness, V-shaped support, standing stability, wire turning performance, protective film, printing color, and finished dimensions.

Standard products normally require 5–7 days for production. Customized products normally require 7–10 days. Pictures or videos may be supplied during production.

Each finished calendar is placed in an individual plastic bag and packed in a labeled five-layer corrugated carton for bulk international transportation and warehouse distribution.
